The architectural design of the building is a laconic, bright two-story volume with vertical accents. The layout is compact, suitable for providing outpatient care for the Rehabilitation, Psychiatric, and Narcological Assistance Service. Special attention has been paid to the landscaping of the territory adjacent to the center – the creation of gardens, open for the recreation of local residents.
